What is shwup all about?
You know the problem: Some people took photos and someone else
brought a camcorder. One guy promises to e-mail his photos and another friend plans
to post hers online. The third person swears he'll send everyone a DVD, when he has time to get to it. That's why we built shwup. We make it as easy as possible
for you to consolidate everyone's photos and video in a private, shared online album.

So how does shwup work?
It’s quite simple. You sign up for a new account on shwup (all we need is your name and
email address), and create a new album with your photos and video for each event you want to share.
Click Invite on your album page and start inviting your friends and family in!
For those invited, there is no signing up, registering, or download
required to view and contribute photos and video. To contribute to the album, it's as simple as replying to
the email with an attachment. It doesn't get much easier than that.
In addition to privately sharing your photos and video,
we let you create fun home videos we like to call “muvees” in three simple steps.
So what exactly is a muvee?
Once everyone has contributed to your album, you choose the content,
pick a style, then your choice of music, and with the click of a button, you have a muvee that you can easily share on shwup,
or post on your blog, Facebook and other social networks.
